One thing that wasn't particualrly fleshed out in San Andreas was Vinewood as a whole, which was smaller than the other areas in the game. For this I think they should recreate celebrity homes, particularly the Playboy mansion. It would be awesome if a mission revolved around a party at the playboy mansion. Either the real one with real Hugh Hefner or a parody recreation. Make this shit happen! Also Officer Tenpenny needs to be in this game..

There was alot of celebrities, something I also hope they bring back for this one. Ive noticed pretty few celebrities have lent cameos to big release games in the last few years for some reason. SR2 vs SR3, previous GTA's vs GTA IV, less star power as games have gotten more sophisticated.

Tenpenny was a great character. And with Pulaski, oh man hilarity ensued during cutscenes.

All of the characters from the games before IV are "dead", as in they are gone and it's a new continuity. Their names are all over the walls of Liberty City in IV as a symbol of respect for their "passing".

Part of the reason Vinewood wasn't fully featured in San Andreas was because part of the game was cut in the last minute. If you look at the San Andreas website (using the flash version) there is a mansion there near Mad Dog's Mansion. The website has screenshots of the interior that show it as a unique building. In the released game it's a mansion you buy for $100000 but the interior is the same as other rural houses that you can buy (some for as low as $35000 if I remember correctly). The in game interior is way different from the website's screenshots.

Does anyone else remember the "blow job and a bologna sandwich" line? James Woods was amazing throughout the whole game, really.

@SJSchmidt93: Nobody is watching anybody watching nobody. You know what I mean?

I'm looking forward to new characters, though I think the Grand Theft Auto IV Era could be... Bigger. I mean, III Era is huge, but everything that happened in IV and Episodes will be... Gone.

In a scene heavy with street pathos after a crazy chase in a firetruck. SA was so silly.

While I am sure the old characters from San Andreas won't be popping up for any cameos, I am almost certain there will be easter eggs and small tributes to them in V.
