    Bungie has stated that the September update will feature major changes to matchmaking and the game.  Anyone want to speculate as to what they might do?  I personally hope they put in more community created forge maps into matchmaking.

    I think you nailed it, Community Forge Maps in Matchmaking. 

    They've been talking about this for a while and it seems very feasible, as maps like "Big Team Heavy" and "Sandtrap Covies" are already forged variants. 

    Also, they're changing the ranking system too...

    What makes it so crappy? I have yet to get a legit response so i'm hoping you can be the first. Oh and if you don't mind, name a game that's better (on consoles) and explain why aswell.

    In terms of features, community, and online longevity, Halo 3 is arguably better than every other console game out there.

    In terms of multiplayer gameplay, skill gap, and competitive merit, Halo 3 is far and away the worst game in the Halo series. Basically, even though it can be argued that it's the best console shooter available at the moment, it isn't living up to its potential in several aspects.
