Finally, some actual proper gameplay footage of Hard Reset (from Kotaku). Annoyingly there's a whole bunch of text overlaid onto the video.
 
Anyway, I'm really enjoying the gritty cyberpunk aesthetic, especially that weapon upgrade machine. It's a little unfortunate that the game seems to deliberately shy away from incorporating more of a story (well, that's what it seems like anyway, I could be wrong). 
 
Also, should I feel bad for wishing the game had iron-sights? >__>

I'm interested in this game mostly due to the fact that it's made by people who worked on the Witcher and Bulletstorm. The game itself does look pretty cool as well.

Yes.

Anyway, i'm excited about this game for three reasons:

1) Beautiful looking proprietary engine, fuck Unreal 3, Road Hog is where it's at.

2) Those weapon animations are to DIE for

3) Old-school shooter speed

Nice attention to detail, wish the gameplay wasn't a slower version of DOOM 1 without ranged units. Just my opinion though, if looking good is good enough and "classic gameplay" is a good enough excuse for what appear to be absolutely archaic AI and gameplay mechanics, have fun. No judgement. God knows I have no problem slogging through Dues Ex 3's gameplay to enjoy the everything else.

The environments look incredible and I love the weapon designs, but the combat seems... dull.

I don't want to make another thread to post this, but here's a "WTF is" video from TotalBiscuit (pretty much a Quick Look type thing). Anyway, personally, I would say his video is a lot more informative than the Quick Look, so it's worth a look even if you've already watched the QL.

I like how excited he gets when he's fighting those big robots in the tunnel near the end. I want this game. And not just because I'm Polish.

Shooting stuff. Awesome.

i might just go and buy this ;o Especially that it's a PC exclusive. Nothing pleases me more than supporting those who believe in this platform and explore its raw power
