So when I play the game it will randomly freeze but then will start again. It is more of a stutter but it will last 5 - 10 seconds. 
 
I am using a Q6600 @ stock, GTS 250 and 3gb of DDR2 ram. I know this should be fine because I can run games like Team Fortress 2 with no problem. What should I do?

Open your task manager when you're playing, and check your CPU usage. It might indicate what's going on. "
