So I've been checking out Injustice on Steam with the free weekend (ended up buying it for 10 bucks actually). Anyways I just wanted to let people know that there are some pretty major frame rate issues if you play the game in Fullscreen mode even if your rig exceeds the recommended specs for the game.

Some easy ways to fix it are try and run the game in Windowed mode (which worked for me running in 1080 60hz) or follow these steps which I found on a Steam community page

1. go to settings, video settings, and set to windowed and i would suggest anything 1600x

2. go back to title screen and follow these instructions V

3. go to single-player,training, and then practice

4. pick any character

5. go to arkham asylum

6. push your defensless enemy as far as you can to the right

7.hold a+g and let it rip!

8. spam the pause button (default 4) until the scene ends

9. congrats! it should be fixed!

10. if it didnt work to full speed, make sure your video settings are right!
