This is a two-part question: the first referring to the fact that I (about 10-9 record) have been matched against people with 3-digit win records...consecutively.

The second part is that the online community on the PS3 seems to be...kinda dead. Player matches get disconnected at the player select and Ranked matches take around a minute to connect and when I do, it seems like I get matched up against the same people over and over. I am on at a somewhat odd hour, I'll admit (usually late-night Pacific Coast), but is anyone else experiencing something like this?
