Probably, I used to always wear shorts myself until I discovered that it does not feel good walking a mile home in shorts in the middle of december with cold winds and snow.
On last weeks podcast Jeff was talking about wearing shorts on Good Morning America, and Ryan said "So you dressed like Jeff Gerstmann". It seems he's known for rareley wearing trousers. Other than at GS After Hours, and on the dope/revenge cover, I've only ever seen him wearing shorts

I just went back and watched them and I assure you he's not
I believe it's all because Diane Sawyer touched his leg. Ever since, I think he's had to keep his legs partially available to be touched by other celebrities.
I wear shorts during the summer. But during the other times of year it's all about the jeans. But if I lived in a warmer climate I would probably wear shorts all the time.
