Hey guys, did anyone else preorder from Amazon?

I did, but there is no Retro Map Pack code in the box... Does anyone know where this code comes from?

You should have already recieved an email from Amazon about it. Here is what mine looks like. The subject was "Your Bonus for Ordering "Killzone 3" at Amazon.com" and the body looked like this:
 

As above, gmail threw mine in the spam folder, so I'd check there.

Also, what the heck is a PlayStation Network Avatar? First time I have heard of that...

Wonder why Salamun Market is only in Warzone and Blood Gracht is only in Guerrila Warfare.  In Killzone 2...weren't ALL maps playable in every game mode?  I like Warzone but I notice if I go to Map Selection there are some specific maps only playable in Guerrilla Warfare. 
 
I didn't preorder the game so I bought the Retro pack separate.  Now that I d/led it the game only plays those 2 maps.  I have played a good 20 games and it will not play anything besides that map pack now.  Salamun Market is amazing looking tho; look up at the sky.
 
edit:  Read other people are having this issue too.  Download the Retro pack and it screws up your playlist.  Only lets you play those 2 maps for some reason.
