Lappland is an incredibly skilled fighter who is able to channel her Originium Arts through her two swords, allowing her to attack enemies far away or at close range, and avoid their defenses. After hearing that Texas signed on to work with Rhodes Island, Lappland decided to join the organization as well. She is relatively cordial with most Operators, though they maintain their distance in return, but Lappland seems the most obsessed with Texas, having met her at some point in the past. She seeks to bring Texas back to her "old" self, though Texas doesn't want anything to do with her.

- Lappland's name is similar to that of a province in Sweden and a region in Finland (often Anglicized as Lapland)
- Lappland's likeness is likely based off the now-extinct Newfoundland Wolf, a subspecies of grey wolf that usually had white pelts. The "1911" displayed on her belt matches the year when the last known Newfoundland Wolf was killed.
Asami Imai, Lappland's Japanese voice actress, also voices Vira in Granblue Fantasy. Both characters have an obsession with another female protagonist and similar unhinged laughter during combat situations.
