Lil' Conquest's strategies mainly show in its layout of the village production line. If we want to maximize income, we have to optimize our village production lines. But the production lines seem to be very complicated. We have to know some basic tips and tricks before building our production lines:
1) What a production line consists of?
1. resource
2. hut
3. workshop
4. shop
After playing for a month, as far as I know, there are three kinds of production lines in this game:
Food production line requires a Farm, a Barn, a Workshop and a Snack bar
Wood production line requires: a Tree, a Lumber hut, a Workshop and a Woodshop
Ore production line requires: a Mine, a mining hut, a Workshop and a Stoneshop
Some goods require at least two production lines, such as two wood production lines, or two ore production lines and one wood production line. We'd better decide what kind of goods we want to sell in our shop, then, check how many production lines the goods require when producing it.
2) Optimize production lines
The first tip I found is that we need to shorten the distance between resource and hut, also between hut and workshop, finally, workshop and shop. When we make the distance between these buildings the closest, our villagers can save much manpower and SP when working for us.
The second tip is placing the right villager at the right place and upgrading them to work faster. There are some data for every villager.
SP: SP decides how long our villagers work for us at a time.
Labor: Labor shows how efficient our villagers do their work. If two villagers have the same SP, the one with higher Labor will do much work than the one with lower labor.
Pick: Pick means the ability of picking a resource. If a villager has higher picking ability, we need to put his/her house between resource and hut.
Carry: Carry means the ability of delivering things. If a villager has higher carrying ability, we can put them between workshop and hut or workshop and shop to let them work more efficiently.
The thrid tip is let our villagers only do their own work. We can stop them from doing other work by removing their way to other work. If a villager who is responsible for delivering goods, does picking work. It is not efficient enough. We can remove their way. Also, when we upgrade a villager with picking work to a higher level, they also can focus on doing their onw work.
The fourth tip is maximize income by increasing the purchase. Even the most efficient production line needs us to increase purchase. Goods cannot exchange to money without selling. Planting some trees around our shop, or upgrade our shop to three stars or higher level, merchants may buy much more goods at a time.
