Sometimes I'll swap out Morrigan for Captain Commando, Jill, Rogue or the monkey girl who dances.  I try to avoid playing as Dr. Doom because I hate relying on super tier teams (Strider + Doom) in order to win.

Mine are Colossus, Akuma, and Ryu. Anybody want to duke it out on PS3?

I got it yesterday, and i suck! Still i can get to the forth round on the normal difficulty (of the seven), so it isn't all bad. 
 
My team is composed of Jin, Cammy and Jill Valentine mostly. 

Ryu, B.B. Hood, and T. Bonne. I don't play as often as I did before though...I should get back into it, but I really want to get an arcade stick before I do.

For me it's Captain America, Gambit and Ken

I use Guile, Charlie and Iron man but the game is plagued with Storm, Cable, Sent and Captain commando it's almost not fun
