    Was anyone able to win the Champions of Solaris tournament? I vaguely recall pulling it off after many tries, with a heavily unbalanced assault BattleMech that either had all Gauss rifles or a dozen Flamers with a few machine guns. 
     
    I have such great memories of this game, growing and upgrading both my 'Mechs and pilots...I hope the rebooted BattleTech game in development has a lot of the roleplaying elements!
