Why? Do graphics get you off? MGS is perfectly fine as it is. Nothing in this game demands a graphical update, all it's parts work very well together.

I would not say no to a new HD version.

I fucking love the graphics they way they are.  Snake's mouth is pretty much three pixels and his eyes are just dots, it's incredible.  I suppose MGS: HD would be alright, but I wouldn't buy it... in fact, I'd probably just re-buy the PSX version to spite yo ass.

Actually, if they released a version with downgraded graphics I would definitely be all over that.

I would probably end up buying it, but I don't see it as being completely necessary.

Buy a GameCube, buy Metal Gear Solid: Twin Snakes, and shut up.

Improved graphics aren't what made The Twin Snakes a "bad" game (Although I still thoroughly enjoyed it) It was creative choices with the cutscenes that messed up the experience

I don't know about you, but I still think MGS holds up very well despite how far technology has come. It's just a charm that makes it so special.

I wouldn't even want complete remake of MGS with the combat and camera integrated from MGS4. MAJOR changes would have to be made with the level design to make the game not suck and I do NOT want them fucking with my MGS...

Play it on an emulator.   It still looks like ballsack though, I don't think you really understand how resolution and textures work.

I'd rather they just remake the entire game from the ground up in the MGS4 engine.

really? i think alot of the games on the PSN are great, i mean just look at what we have gotten in the last month or so.... FF7 MGS, trash Panic, bomberman, we will soon get fat princess. plus all the PJ stuff and FlOw and Flower. But to each there own.  "

I love the pixelated textures of MGS. If you want to play an update, then play Twin Snakes... Or just play MGS4.

No. Doesn't need to happen. You can't update the game without changing the controls altogether. As aforementioned, you're looking for The Twin Snakes.

twin snakes was an abortion. Should have just kept the story the same with pretty graphics but no. Had to Xtreme it up.
