Has anyone found a way to unlock them without a code, I know early on when the game was released there was rumors about this possibly (like fighting classic reptile and then having him unlock). Is this true, or is nether realm sitting on them for DLC?

The only thing I heard was that you could do Scorpion's Toasty Fatality without the code...

There's one challenge in the tower where Scorpion and Sub-Zero are in the klassic kostumes, even without the stuff, so they're definitely on the disc (which I'm sure everyone already knows).

When the game was first released you could do all classic fatalities without a pre-order code (so I was told, didn't try). However, this was fixed in the very fist patch. There is currently no way to unlock the classic costumes without a code, so yes they are sitting on everything for DLC; well so we hope as I don't think it's been officially confirmed beyond other games doing the same thing in the past.

^ But with PSN down, I haven't been able to patch the game, so I should be able to do them still. I don't think I can though.
