I got a few of these mp3s from Gamestop for buying/preordering the game & forgot about them. After listening to them & finding the rest on youtube, there's some good & some bad ones. Maybe it's because I heard Baraka's first (which I think is quite good) then getting completely disappointed with the one for Shao khan. Granted I was hoping that Shao Khan's piece on this cd would be layered with him taunting you, sadly not. But from what I've heard so far, it's pretty damn good on many of them, here's a few & the person who uploaded this also did tons of other MK music :).

Reptile, Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, and Mileena character themes are my favorite!

It's a shame that none of the "songs inspired by the warriors" were used in the actual game, although the reptile theme was used in the commercial

I dig reptile's theme, it's as close to dubstep that I will ever get to without hating myself.

I think Goro's theme is the only one I like.

But of course I'm not really into this type of music in general

    Seriously this is music?
I downloaded this album Its called Mortal Kombat (songs inspired by the Warriors)
Also Downloaded Dan Forden Mortal Kombat 9 Soundtrack.
    I happen to listen to MK (S i b t w) 1st...
1st i thought is this some sort of joke? did i download some fake crap.
But no it was real :( i thought oh god what have they done. This is absolute garbage! Apart from a couple MK samples.
This sounded nothing like MK music. This doesn't even go with the game:(

No real instruments were made in the making of this so called MK inspired music.
    Its white noise at best.

To me it isn't music en less they use real Instruments.
Then i listened to Dan Fordens MK Soundtrack...
Now that's music! great soundtrack...unlike that other deleted from my harddrive wannabe white noise

Each to he's own i guess...As long as i don't got to hear it ever again.
