Lead composer on the original Tomb Raider series

    Short summary describing this person.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

Nathan McCree, working with Core Design, served as the composer for the first three Tomb Raider games. He also composed music for various video games during the 16 bit era such as Asterix and Soulstar also produced by Core Design.

McCree has worked outside of the video game industry being linked with the Spice Girls and the UK mobile phone company Orange. After starting his own company, McCree Music, he created music for film, television and infrequently video games. His company has been responsible for sound in the past two Fable games.

Currently composing for the Tomb Raider franchise, Troles B. Foreman has remixed several of McCree's pieces complimenting McCree’s earlier effort. Tomb Raider Anniversary notably tweaked McCree’s “Main Theme” from the original Tomb Raider making it a more light and fantasy based score.
