Ayu Tsukimiya

She is the main heroine of Kanon. At the start of the game she is searching for something along with Yuichi. Her favourite food is taiyaki.
Makoto Sawatari

She is a young girl who attacks Yuichi near the beginning of the game. She suffers from amnesia, more severe than Yuichi or Ayu. She remembers that she has a grudge against Yuichi and eventually ends up living as a guest with him and Nayuki.
Yuichi Aizawa

The user plays as this character throughout the game. He moves to a new city at the start of the game and soon becomes good friends with several girls. Some of which he met in the past, though due to memory loss he is unable to remember important moments from the past.
