    To unlock them, simply go to the Extras -> Codes menu and enter "23".

    Keep in mind, if you have already started a My Player, that character will be unable to wear these shoes. Only My Players started after the code is entered can wear the unlocked shoes.

    Sad news :( I want to wear the Jordan 5's so bad but because I'm already 10 games or so into my season I don't want to start over.

    I just unlocked a pair Lebron shoes that add 5 to dunking, but I don't know how. How are shoes unlocked?
