After marrying the Hero, Nera joins his party, travels to Gotha, becomes the Queen, and gives birth to twins, one boy and one girl (default names are Parry and Madchen). A coronation and birthday party is thrown, but Nera is kidnapped in the middle of the night by monsters. The Hero shows up to save her, but both he and Nera are turned into living statues and separated for eight years.
The Hero, Parry, and Madchen encounter Nera after those eight long years in the same temple the Hero helped build as a slave. They break the spell and she helps the Hero and her children defeat Grandmaster Nimzo and save the world from darkness.
It is discovered that Debora, Nera, and Bianca were all mysteriously found as orphans, are probably all sisters, and are all descendants of the Legendary Hero (protagonist of Dragon Quest VI).
