Oops!!! I Slept With Your Mom is an endless score chaser in which the player takes control of a baby trying to find their lost mommy.
The player goes through semi-randomized houses in which they must avoid enemies and obstacles while collecting pacifiers, for points and lives as well as unlocking playable characters, and keys in order to progress.
The player can also shoot some enemies and use their special abilities (which are different for each character) in order to reach their goal. Before that, though, there is also a shmup section they have to brave through.
The game gets progressively more difficult and new elements are introduced as down the road. The enemies consist of different household members (each with their own behavioral pattern) and the bedbugs (which can be shot for points and lives). Obstacles and hazards include broken glass,glue,holes,the security system and power outages.
At the end of each house, Mommy awaits.
