Dear gamers in the Giant Bomb forums

Days after Windows 8.1 reached the end of its life on January 10th, 2023, this inspired me to make a thread for you guys to share your personal favorite operating system boot-up screens.

My top 3 favorites are:

Edit: Windows 98 was my first operating system, which I had during my very early childhood.

For me it's my childhood computer, the Mac IIsi.
