Based on the article from http://andriasang.com/con04a/persona2_eternal_punishment/ and Famitsu, Atlus announced that it will release the remake in Japan on May 17.

I really hope that Atlus will release them on either Vita or PS3 instead though.

In all seriousness, it's nice to see that one could theoretically have all the Persona games playable on a vita or something. Honestly, I'm not sure how well the classical SMT games work for me when compared to their dating-sim successors (I like Nocturne a whole hell of a lot, despite the occasionally harsh difficulty, but I could care less about the Persona remake that I now happen to have in my possession)

...And then I remember that I still haven't bothered to purchase Innocent Sin on the PSP.

I just purchased both Innocent Sin and P3 from PSN UK. See if I have time to complete them.
