Persona 4 Classroom Answers (UPDATED: Now includes all class answers)

These are different from OG Persona 4.

You can do with these as you wish, I don't mind - add it to the wiki, even.

Sweet, I will be sure to make note of this stuff so I will be prepared when my Vita shows up on Monday.

This made me think of the endurance run, and Jeff and Vinny openly talked about cheating on these (which of course lead to people accusing them to cheating their way to the true ending). Such a pointless addition to the game, and all it did was 99% of the players had to google obscure questions. I mean, a weird question about some not-so-famous Japanese author, and the first link on google to the author's name is to a Persona FAQ?

Though, I have to say, learning stuff like Napoleon inventing canned food - but the actual containers being glass jars was pretty cool. That said, some of these questions are just unfair too (eg there is one which you have to identify some Japanese lettering of some form on July 20th - if I hadn't been playing that classroom bit earlier that day, I wouldn't have had a clue).

Sigh, also it ruins the flow, especially if interesting stuff is happening in the story / s-links. Still, it is set in a school so I guess it makes sense to have school-ey stuff happen.

P3 is even worse with this stuff, it seems like 90% of the class questions are Japan-specific, and it's practically impossible to max every S-link without NG+ if you don't follow a strict guide (in P4 I maxed everything on my own except Rise & Chie who were at 9). I hope in P5 they ask questions that are answerable just from paying attention to the teacher's dialogue beforehand.

Any self respecting history/social science teacher would not be caught dead using "B.C." for their timelines, even in Japan.

Couldn't the localizers have just thought up some non japanese specific questions for the english version that we might know? It couldn't be that hard to do that, and still have them not specific enough to be american questions. Like the stuff about the tallest mountain in the solar system and such were good.

So far on my playthrough I have yet to miss a question and I've only googled one; making lunches though, that one I've fucked up a couple times.

@selfconfessedcynic No comment, but just wanted to say great job. I'm already past the end of these questions myself, but it was a nice thing to do and will be extremely helpful to anyone needing it, so good job man! Good luck on your perfect run!

Update:

I realised by missing the christmas I wanted, I could make something I tried very hard to do in the past, but gave up on - a (near) perfect Yoshitsune, probably the most OP persona in the game.

For those who don't know, Yoshitsune is the hardest hitting persona you can get, but the (in my opinion) best combination for it requires you to miss your Christmas celebrations.

For those interested, I'm including what I made below - there are many forms of Yoshitsune, but I went for the invincible one. It's much easier to do in P4: Golden as you, uno, can choose your inherited skills.

"Invincible" Yoshitsune - (wearing a Book Of The Void accessory bought from Tanaka near the end of the year / start of the new one, can't remember)

Anyway:

Since I was able to make that, I think I'll ditch the "perfect run" idea for another time - maybe next year. Instead I might do a 100% New Game+ using my sweet new Personas on Risky difficulty >_>

Because of that, I now have all of the answers for P4: G, and I have updated the first post.

Gracias. I completely spaced on that damned panda question and Google was totally unhelpful. Atlus sure knows how to frame these questions in such a way to make research difficult.

only time I feel fine about cheating. the only benifit of doing it yourself and missing answers is spending more time walking the flood plains during social links with no advancement.

Having written it out, I find that I pretty much remember all of the answers - weird thing is, though, that I don't remember many of the useless facts they're attached to.

Anyone got a list of all the quests in Golden? I assume most of them are the same but with a few new ones(took me a while to figure out how to get a damn fishing rod). I found a list here but it's not complete.
