I'll probably do something vain and go with the RP route of naming the character after myself. For me, Mr. Tunoku is off limits, as I can never be that cool. And I'm on board the Souji Seta train. I know it's not canon anymore, but I prefer it to Yu (as much as it has grown on me).

@zetzuei: I always name my character Senpai Senpai so that Kanji addresses me as Senpai Senpai-senpai.

Anytime I'm talking about the main character to friends, he's Charlie Tunoku. Or Kenpachi RAMASAMA.

Charlie Tunoku will be the only name I ever see him as.

Much prefer Souji Seta over Yu Narukami, but I think I might just mix 'em up and put in Souji Narukami.

I just can't roll Charlie Tunoku. I feel like he belongs to Team VJ.

i'll probably just go with my name like i did before. if i went with Charlie i'd feel like I was just trying to recreate the ER and i think i'd be disappointed after awhile, and while yes Yu Narukami is the cannon name, it seems kind of lazy choice in the English game cause it would just sound like everyone would be saying "Hey, Y(o)u" to me.

Anyway, I was thinking of going with Charlie, yet after seeing how naming the main character Batman improved Final Fantasy V, I might just go with that.

Huh, didn't see this before now. Anyway, it is what it is I guess... Plot is a bit meh a times, job system is neat, port job could have been better but the game is perfectly playable. But I got it free with PlayStation Plus, so I'm not being particularly picky. Mainly it's a low-impact time waster I pull out when I don't want anything too demanding. Perfect for my Vita I think.

Charlie or Chuck, or something like that. The ER was such a huge piece of content on the site that I can't imagine that game without Charlie as the main character. Then again, I've barely played it myself, and P4G will be the first time I play the whole thing.

I might also do "Fatty Tuna" just because.

Probably  Yu Narukami, after watching the Anime and playing through Arena, it's what I'm used to.

I tried to think of something cute or stupid but ended up with 鳴上 悠.

I would name him Charlie Tunoku in my first playthrough and Menos Hibari in the second (I normally name my characters as "Menos" because it sounds cool).

So I started the PS2 version because I don't have a Vita, I wanted to call him Charlie Tunoku but I made a mistake so now his name is Tunoku Charlie. Which was a bummer at first but now I just read it as everybody is calling him by his second name.

I'm not getting P4: Golden but my Persona 4 character was Billy Mays. Seems kinda inappropriate now but he was alive at the time. In Persona 3 I used Vince Offer. You know, after the methed up Slap Chop salesman who beat up a hooker.

I will say that if Atlus had given us a female path a la Persona 3 Portable, I would name her Charlene Tunoku.
