Remember this November 24, 2013 event where people freaked out, and which lead to the announcements of Persona Q, Persona 4: Dancing All Night and Persona 5? It's happening again.

The "News Flash! Persona Channel 2015" live stream will start on February 4th at 1:00 PM JST (which is February 3rd at 11:00 PM EST), and will last for 30 consecutive hours, showing both old and new stuff about Persona. Notably, the event is happening a day before the Persona Super Live 2015 concert.

Persona 5 and Persona 4: Dancing All Night will most likely be shown here, finally.

Few days before my 21st bday. Best fucking present anyone has ever gotten me. I just pray P5 is this year/early next (not gonna happen)

The last stream was absolutely terrible, with a Teddie cosplayer getting groped by the VA of Kanji. It will be 30 hours of nothing and at the very end the very same trailer for Persona 5 you've already seen. So don't get your hopes up.

That's wrong for a plethora of reasons. The main one being that that stream was an anime focused, region locked one which ended up announcing Persona 4 The Golden Animation. This is analogous to the November 24th, 2013 stream, not Persona Stalker Club or the Datsu Nugu stream.

@corevi: Persona 5 will be featured during this stream, obviously. Not all of the question marks will be Persona 5, but other reveals (Persona 4: Dancing All Night will also be part of the stream). The last slot for February 5th, 21:00 JST probably is going to be Persona 5; the question marks for that slot are the only ones in red on the Niconico live stream page.

For Eastern/Pacific zone people, the only time I think you'd want to pay attention to the stream is:

• Feb 4th, 9:40 AM EST / 6:40 AM PST
• Feb 4th, 10:30 PM EST / 7:30 PM PST
• Feb 5th. 7:00 AM EST / 4:00 AM PST (likely the Persona 5 bit)

Have they showed a single gameplay video of Persona 5? A single in game screen shot? Wasn't it supposed to be out this past December already?

No, no and kinda, Winter 2014 means December 2014 to February 2015.

It's also possible "Winter 2014" winds up meaning "Q1 2015" and it doesn't drop until March. Either way I don't think we'll see an English version of any sort until autumn or winter (please prove me wrong and release them all simultaneously next week, please please please).

Nah, Persona 5's director explicitly said the game was pushed back, so I wouldn't expect it that soon.

They probably will announce the P5 release date for Japan and it will be coming really really soon. They have a habit of doing that with P3 and P4, wish more devs did that.

The thing is, Yosuke may have been slightly douchey, but I still liked him as a character and honestly, he was the real leader of the investigation team. He was the one setting up meetings and actually figuring everything out. He can be blunt and tactless in speech, but he grows on you and is there to make things happen.

It would be difficult for me to come up with a list of top Persona characters though, because it's mostly their interactions with each other that makes it fun.

So the P5 footage will probably be that last set of question marks, right?
