Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney follows a young attorney as he struggles to find his footing and live up to the legacy his mentor left him. Along the way, he encounters a cast of eccentric characters and tough cases.
If we're just talking about the first game, I'm going to have to go with #4. The forensics were nice and all, but the context of how #5 fit in the timeline bothers me a bit.
I would say Case 5 from ace attorney because I liked the characters and how it was its own self-contained story that was incredibly well told. I was amazed when I finished that case...
I wasn't such a fan of JFA. Case 4 was ok, but the soundtrack wasn't as good as game 1 and 3.
Speaking of which, the final case of T&T was AMAZING! The way it tied everything from the other games up into one great ending!
I just finished Ace Attorney. My favourite was the last case, because held together the best. I actually did the wrong thing sometimes because I thought it was too clear, and based on the previous cases I was expecting wacky and illogical. After all, I want to feel like I'm solving it, and not just guessing everything.
(Edit: Didn't even see that this was a year old topic, Oh well!) While I think JFA was the weakest of the series, case 2 from that game is pretty great. Pretty crazy Twist in that one. The rest of the cases in JFA were kind of "meh" though. Ace Attorney was still my favorite overall though.
