    Worst Game You'll Ever Play.

Planetside (Also known as "That awful game I played and hopefully I will never play again") Is truely the worst game I ever played, and I truely wonder how come so many people play it.
For a start, It lacks one of the most important stuff a MMO should have, which is PvE, NPC enemies, I can forgive that, even though I dislike PvP combat in mmos.
Anyways, you start out at your sanctuary, there you will find a detailed, boring, tutorial which I doubt will aid you in the real combat out at the field.
Lets cut into the battle- so it goes like this, after you've finished your battle preperations, set up your favourite choice o'weapons and armor, and all bunch o'coolie supplies, you land in the battlefield, or get spawned in it, and than your main goal is... TO DIE. Seriously, though you're supposed to bloody kill enemy troops, you shall not, no matter how hard you try, your kills will be only few, because the freaking more experienced players will own you, there is no balance at all.
So you're probably sittin' there with yer head full o'eyeballs and saying "This mate is a bloody fool who can't aim a friggin' pistol at a fish in a bloody barrel", Well, it's wrong, I can tell you I shot THREE missiles, you heard right, Three bloody missiles at somone, and HE DIDN'T DIE. What the schnitzel was wrong?!
I mean, if this had applied to only vehicles, I think I could not complain, however, when you go to a fight you know you can't win unless you're freakin' expert? That's a waster of time.
If you think otherwise, go play the game, have fun, because this is as lame as sunbathing in the winter.

You obviously had no clue what you we're getting into. It sounds like you played for half an hour and gave up.

Planetside is not a game you simply jump in and start doing well. If you're willing to pick up a trial again, I'll get you into my outfit and we'll show you the ropes.

@ColMirage: Hey there, well first of I played about 3 hours trying to get the hang of the game, so perhaps I was bad, but explain it to me, how could it be that in other shooters I manage to shoot somone and actually hit, when in planetside it takes an hour of shooting to breach through a player's armor. I don't get it, I did not lag, and yet it seemed as if I was lagging.

      MMO Awesomeness 0

While I was never the biggest MMO fan considering that most are RPG's, I looked into this game with high hopes. "An FPS with thousands of people?", it's pretty much as awesome as you think it is. Starting up the game you have three empires to choose from, Terran Republic who have and emphasis on fast weapons that deal less damage, New Conglomerate who have slow weapons with heavy firepower, and Vanu Sovereignty who's weapons serve multiple abilities like armor penetrating rounds.   I chose the...
