When I realized that Elena in Uncharted had bigger balls than Drake. He was all hot to leave the island, but she wanted to stick around. ;)

Kinda nice to see a girl in a game without a 44DD chest, too. If Itagaki ever saw her character model, he'd run screaming from the room...She looks like, y'know, a girl that isn't a stripper.

Lol true, I loved the characters in Uncharted in general, Elena was one of the best, especially since because she is a female, and you don't see those very often in terms of being realistic as well as having a strong narrative/story inclusion.

The entire MGS4 game was my favorite moment, no joke...  I even loved popping in the disc... okay well minus the installation parts.

God I'm going to say what everyone else has said, it had to be the microwave scene. Probably the most high adrenaline scene that's when shit was going down and everyone was at stake at that moment.

Oh I forgot, probably the most memorable single-player moment for me in a game would have to be whether or not I was going to kill Lambert in Splinter Cell: Double Agent. I know the microwave scene was amazing and all but you actually had to make a choice here and if you are a long-time follower of the Splinter Cell series, like yours truly, you kinda get attached to Lambert as a long-standing character and the relationship between him and Sam and to come down to the point where you had to decide whether or not to kill him, well I was conflicted to say the least.

With Uncharted being my first PS3 game I was in awe.
