 Its pretty amazing how far the detail went up in these screenshots. I am ALMOST willing to wait for the game to come out if the game truely looks that good. I mean it almost looks like CGI

Well, Gran Turismo is certainly looking like it's gonna pull a Duke Nukem Forever. All I can hope is that it's WELL worth the wait because the GT series is definitely my favorite racing game by a long shot.

The game was only given a release date in Japan. It is only delayed in Japan. Unless you are from Japan, this does not affect you.

the start of it made me think this was just a flamebait post :P

i doubt its a huge delay 
 
i knew it would happen.   

they keep cramming more and more into it and with INDY now in the picture along with NASCAR, GT Championship, and WRC and who knows what else (perhaps the reason behind the delay) is whats making this happen.  
 
 I'm sure the absurd amount of negotiations that goes along with the ABSURD amount of licensing going on with this game is the main reason for this.  
 
I mean, leave the major racing leagues out of this, just look at how many cars are in this game: 1000+. Many of the older models had to be borrowed from fucking museums for cryin out loud.
