Tomorrow (October 27) @ 6 PM CET (Central European Time) there will be the Sony Press Conference at the Paris' Games Week. This is the same kind of conference that they normally have at Gamescom (last year it was amazing with Tomorrow Children, Wild, Rime and PT!).

Last year Giant Bomb covered the press conference (talking over it), will they do the same thing this year for PGW? Haven't heard them saying about it and I'm not seeing it showing up on the 'Coming Soon' section.

With the lack of video people, that may be a bit out of the question. Who knows, however. Might be a good opportunity for the guys to practice.

Brad mentioned something about an early stream on UPF, this could be that.

Brad sort of mentioned it at the end of the last UPF (paraphrasing: "we might be doing an early morning stream next week?"), and Jeff said on his Tumblr they were interested in doing it.

I imagine it's not in the "Coming Soon" section either because they don't want to commit to it incase they can't pull it off, or they just aren't really adding things to the "Coming Soon" section at all (the latest MGScanlon didn't show up there either).

Jeff was asked on his Tumblr about doing it without video guys, and said that he know how to set the stream up, so its liley to happen.

Video guys why hast thou forsaken thee?

Here's hoping they'll announce a new God of War with everyone else going "Oh, come on!" while Dan jumps through the roof and shouts "YEAH!"

...and that'll be one of the few times I'll happily agree with Dan.

I sure hope so, GB talking over the press conferences makes something already pretty enjoyable, about 10 times better.

To be honest I think Gamescom was the 'also ran' show for the past two years. The Paris Games Show is now the prime time event. If Giant Bomb isn't covering Paris that is whiffing the ball.

I'll stop bumping my own thread, but what if the GB East guys will cover it? Seems like a good fit and for them it's a little less early : )

I hope they do but I'll try and watch it either way. Hopefully they fix a future date on No Man's Sky so that people stop speculating it's going to be stealth released by the end of the month.

Set it up so that it automatically plays on the PS4, hoping for a GB stream though.

Hope that's what Brad was talking about at the end of the Unprofessional Fridays.

Just a quick warning for those of us in the UK! While the 'coming up' part lists 5:30PM for Giant Bomb Talk over Sony Conference, it's actually 4:30PM GMT it starts. Not surprisingly Giant Bomb haven't figured in our Clocks going back 1 hour for Daylight Saving Time last weekend.

So Yeah the Press conference and the Giant Bomb Stream I presume are starting at 4:30PM GMT
