Hey all, I bought a camera about a week ago and I've had a lot of fun with it (while it's still rare I have more than two or three...or even one person watching at any given time, it does seem like a camera increases the likelihood someone will drop by and leave a comment) but I'm having a real problem with the audio I can't seem to find a recreation of online: this loud, constant rumble that sound like a gust of wind blowing through a cave or something.

Before my issue was audio echo through the headset included with the system, dialogue would always get doubled up though other sound always seemed ok. Now there is just this constant rumble. I've tried a couple different things to try and pinpoint it - resting the camera on top of the PS4, under the TV, playing with headphones in the controller - and I really can't call what's causing it. Sometimes it'll be fine at first and then slowly settle in over a few minutes until it's impossible to miss.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Try to keep the camera away from any sources of sound or interference. On the PS4 itself would be a very bad choice because it could pick up the fans. Sensitive audio equipment can also pick up cellular or wi fi signals. If you are getting an echo the camera is picking up game audio. The rumble is most likely from a fan or other moving device. It may be getting louder as the camera mic increases gain to hear you better increasing the interference as well. Something you don't normally pay attention to like an AC can be very annoying on a microphone. That's why it's always better to use a microphone right in front of your face instead of one across the room.
