For anyone interested, here is the U.S. Trademark info for HeartGold and SoulSilver filed on May 7, 2009 by Nintendo of America Inc.  This also further confirms the concatenation of the words to "HeartGold" and "SoulSilver" (removing the SPACE Character between the two words). 

I sure hope Nintendo sees fit to localize these guys, ASAP!
