    An uncommon enemy in the PS3 game Demon's Souls. This unsightly demon will only appear at certain points in the game, and only when the world has Pure Black World Tendency.

    Primeval demons are big hunks of demonic meat that have a high chance of dropping Colorless Demon's Souls when slain. They will only appear when a world's tendency reaches Pure Black. 
     
    They are mainly harmless, but will in-fact try to bite you if you walk near its "mouth."
