I expected a zombie fish in the boots.

Yeah, I should have gotten #4 way sooner. I have played way too much World of Warcraft.
 
 I think the most obscure monster I chose was something like lycanthropes for it.

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas has always had a special place in my heart as far as story goes. The way that they are able to flesh out all of these awesome characters and utilize them all so well is a testament to Rockstar's talent.
 
Beyond that, everything else I would want to say has already been posted. Mass Effect, KOTOR, Final Fantasy VII, IX, and X, Deus Ex, etc etc.

Well, a sandwich defined by websters is a: two or more slices of bread or a split roll having a filling in between

So I guess it is.
