I have tried to play witcher but cant complete the original witcher because of the combat. its just so boring to me i always get few hours in and stop. Is witcher 2 alot better in this way? I want to play it and witcher 3 possibly.

Not sure why but any other rpg i have been fine with i even finished really old rpg's like Baldur gate 1 and 2 but this feels worse. The story is great but its not worth the troubling gameplay.

Whats the difference in this and games like Divinity and Wasteland 2 i have both them but have not started them.

Im unsure of how to play them because alot people say the hd collection is just shit. I looked at some videos and can see why people were made about it the fog was removed and it was alot easier to see and graphics actually looked worse from few videos i looked at since it looked less dark it was worse.

Problem being i dont have a ps2 and for some reason its not on psn.

On going off popular opinion from demo i watched some on youtube.

Im kinda confused but is it true there is no magic what so ever in game or just the demo... If some im not sure how ill like this no magic system and seems you only play as one person seems very shallow in combat with very little changes besides switching your melee weapon which all look so similar.

Finished it with full magic build very easy only died to 1-2 bosses. I finished off final bosses easily. The ones i died at were ones immune to magic.

Just finished 3/4 of bosses of archstone magic so easy its not funny spam all day buy mana item and regen.

Thing was i try to do it blind i did not want look up whats best but i guess i did now lol/.

Seems easier at least from videos i looked at of people killing bosses in 1-2 hits. I guess magic sucks in pvp tho but i just want finish the story.

I guess it depends on player and how there playing. Im trying to play as pure melee class and i think magic is just better in this game you can one kill bosses in few hits without magic.

Im thinking of doing new game as royal and just going heavy magic with some melee.
