@acillius: PC architecture =/= Console architecture. The chart is correct.

The PS4 doesn't use DDR3 or DDR4 memory. It has 8GB of unified GDDR5 (which is faster than either) that can be used by either the GPU or the CPU at the programmers' behest.

Incidentally, NOT having unified memory is what screwed the PS3 with multiplatform ports, since the 360 had 512mb of unified ram to play with whereas the PS3 had it split 256/256 for the GPU and CPU separately. This meant programmers ran into problems when porting games optimized for 360 to PS3, since they couldn't "cheat" and free up ram from the CPU to give to the GPU and vice-versa.
