Abby skipped right past the option to turn into a vampire at least ten times in the first 20 minutes of the video. It even had the vampire symbol on it. And then keeps the rest of the video neglecting vampire options and choosing more flirty options. Were they not looking at the chat this time? I bet someone in the chat noticed that during the livestream.
I thought that too at first, but you need to be at a certain friendship level before the vampire will agree to turn you. In fact, at one point Abby does click "Ask to turn", but is rejected. Thus, all those points 20 minutes into the video definitely would have failed.
Is there any reason they don't use emulators to play these old games in the studio, at least for the n64 to make it higher res? Those pixeley polygons are hard to watch.. Jeff is using emulators all the time at home.
Emulators are a legal grey area. The more modern the console (as compared to 8 and 16 bit), the greyer is gets, and when you're making money off the content it's safer and easier to use original hardware. Plus maybe they wanted to use an N64 controller.
Maybe instead of being timed, there should be a mission limit (like going on two missions?). That way there's no pressure to rush cosmetic, level up, or development decisions.
