I don't know if I just wasn't feeling like watching WWE wrestling yesterday but I came out of it feeling like the PPV was very middling, aside from the great way it finished.
The four-way tag match I was hoping to be crazy stupid fun, was too disjointed and botchy for me to enjoy, and really the top half of the card just bored me so much.
I thought the Cena/AJ match was fine, it had some DOPE moments that were smooth as hell, with AJ transitioning into the calf crusher early on and another moment later. However, it really seemed as though Cena had a lot of rust to knock off, which makes me really excited for the next match (which Cena will probably win).
The Money in the Bank Match was a lot of fun, but was pretty obvious Ambrose would win it, I kinda was hoping for a complete wildcard, just not Del Rio, even though he impressed the hell out of me in that match.
Rusev is the best with the, "Happy Father's Day!!"
And honestly that main event match was way too slow for my liking, I don't know if that's due to Rollins still not being 100% or that Reigns needs the slower matches, but I definitely liked the Reigns/AJ matches more. Although Seth winning it, as clean as probably anyone will win over Reigns, was great and that spear into pedigree was so good. And Ambrose cashing in then and there was also great, even if I had started to not enjoy his character as much, through little fault of his own, that I will mostly put on commentary.
So good PPV I guess, but it felt like the match quality could have been better, that or I was in a "not giving a fuck mood" yesterday about WWE.
