I've found myself getting depressed when I eat terrible foods and get out of shape, but I've never been sure of the cause. One of the big motivations for getting fit has always been that feeling of contentment I get when my fitness levels start go up. It's how I manage to keep at it even when I see food that I want to eat."

I didn't think I would considering I have always been a generally happy person. But after being in constant pain and discomfort for so long it was incredible and strange to feel normal. I am not advocating temperance when it comes to fast food or other unhealthy foods, but for me it was exactly what I needed. So much of the worst food for you is specifically designed to taste amazing. And in moderation in a few months I will be able to eat them again. But again, with thoughtful moderation.

@thehbk: I started by cutting out all fast food. Then I moved on to cutting out bacon and other high sodium cured meats (as painful as it was). After that it was finding as many healthy meals as I could and learning how to cook them. Once I got the OK from the Doc I was able to start exercising.

The hardest part of the whole situation was living on a day to day without giving in to the constant deluge of fast food advertising. But after a while I started to be OK with going hungry for an extra hour or two and wait until I got home to cook a proper meal. It has been a long road but I could not be happier.

Also I was able to stay off the various drugs my Doc tried to prescribe me by promising that I was going to lose more and more weight each time I saw him. It worked.

For the last few years I have been having some health issues involving my heart. Today after three years of hard work I had my last stress test. It is my last stress test because not only did I pass with no abnormalities, my blood pressure is now considered normal.

Just wanted to share this with the only internet community I genuinely care about.

Shut down Steam. Then restart Steam. It should trigger a downloaded update for the game.

The first and last weren't to bad. But I really disliked the second act due to having to play the parlor games for story reasons. Which I guess isn't to big of a deal, but I really dislike parlor style games in a digital format.

If you are looking to only one run VGU card for the foreseeable future you could probably get away with a slightly less wattage PSU. But there probably isn't much of a price difference.
