Omg, Porsche Challenge at 26:22 - I played so much of that damned game with my sister when I was a kid. 'My Boxster!' is what the characters shout if you touch their car. Literally just a Porsche advertising vehicle with weird as fuck paper-thin characters all driving different colours of Porsche Boxster.
The numbered Dirt games have that obsequious quality where the game is desperate to ingratiate itself with you and be your friend. I get they want you to feel 'cool', but my god - it's insipid.
Dirt Rally is infinitely more my style when it comes to this franchise. The slightly more arcadey gameplay of the numbered games is really fun, no doubt - but the presentation is just noise.
