Been playing the game on a PS4 Pro, and my experience seems to have mirrored many of the things Brad highlighted in this review. Late pop-in on textures happens all the time. I've had the game freeze for seconds at a time when transitioning between areas. I've seen multiple different enemy types starting in a T-pose as well as a couple groups of enemies take too long to load and appear out of nowhere (didn't think Star Wars had transporter technology, lol). It's a shame that all these issues exist, because I'm enjoying most everything else about the game. But the technical issues are definitely something to be aware of if playing on a PS4 Pro.

I sat down with my aunt, who does not play video games on her own, over Christmas and we played through Her Story. We were both blown away by its story telling and loved how it let us go at our own pace while at the same time making us feel like genius detectives. I feel like the state of story telling in video games over the last few years has got to the point where the appeal of video game stories transcends the media. You don't have to be a "gamer" to enjoy a video game with a good story in the same way you don't have to be movie fanatic to enjoy a film with a good story. Games like Life is Strange, Until Dawn, and Tales from the Borderlands allow me to share my love of video games with people who in the past would never attempt to play through them. Even if these types of games aren't necessarily designed to be played cooperatively, they've allowed me to have some of my favorite shared game experiences. I'm so happy they exist.
