@jedikv: Also the whole internet thing of "I'm immediately defensive over something I like so I'll criticize anyone who doesn't like it." I personally loved the conference and I could see how the crew would come away from it with a bad taste in their mouth but that doesn't devalue my liking or my experience with it.
@sodapop7: Yeah would have liked some more clarity in some of the reveals. I know Sony probably got a lot of good reception out of the "hard right turns" that the juxtaposition of trailers did last year but this year seems like they could have used some more transitions. Maybe Sony got criticized about the length of last years and had to find a way to cut down on time.
Wow I guess I really can't read the GB crew. This is the second year in a row where I thought their reactions during the conference were overall positive. I know they weren't blown away by it all but I definitely didn't expect the overtly negative post show. Maybe because the "good" stuff they liked keeps being at the beginning/middle of the show and the endings have been weak. Which I would agree with but I guess I underestimated the effect of the weak ending on their enjoyment of the conference overall.
I guess this isn't too much of a spoiler cuz maybe Drew will never listen to the tapes but technically Drew doesn't have the Zero tapes yet so i would say those are major spoilers from Dan.
@drewbert@danryckert If you like sniping guards you can also aim down the sights for the pistol its the same button you hit to aim down the assault rifle's sights. I found this to be more effective then the aiming reticle especially when dealing with corners and that double reticle thing popping up.
