This thread is really making me miss Morrowind (I still own it, but... Man, it IS hard to go back to).
It makes me realize what I disliked about Oblivion, and to that respect, Skyrim. The worlds are sorta part for the course, for one (Morrowind is DRIPPING with atmosphere). Also, I truly miss the wonder and excitement of picking up a quest, and navigating by compass/map (and how clever wording like "boots of blinding speed" actually had hilarious results).
Hey all the people who hated the new Dante can now play the new DMC without complaining every second! Full disclosure I liked DMC but I still like the Old Dante look.
Yeah. Although, one thing. Is it just me, or by the time the game ended he looked pretty much like old dante (DMC3 young dante, I mean) except for hair length and color? His face looked aged, and his skin color different
Alright, I'm just saying... I know this is a reboot, so things could go differently... but if you have any affinity at all for the Devil May Cry series, that spoiler shouldn't be much of a spoiler.
However, if you've never touched DMC before, yeah, that kind of sucks to have spoiled for you.
Still kinda sucks. Granted it wasn't spoiled for me, but I know the feeling.
Honestly, for me *MASSIVE FUCKING SPOILERS HOLY SHIT* I was beginning to think Virgil wouldn't end up being a bad guy, despite a few hints. It felt as though they were trying to imply he'd be bad, but weren't necessarily going for it.
@Animasta: I love romance plots in all media. However, while I do enjoy some Romance movies, most of the time the acting/storytelling just come off as predictable/wrote. I'm the same way with Horror.
I've heard many people say that. What's strange is it's never been true on my systems. I know that hardware can differ, but I always struggle to run BF3 at 60fps on good settings, but planetside 2 runs splendid on mostly high.
@believer258: Worth Every Kilobyte
@seannao: Dude, you've nailed it. Definitely miss the Squad commands from 2 and 2142. Didn't even get a chance to play those two games until after BC1, and even then I didn't play them much before BC2 ( I did play 1942, though). Even then, I feel like DICE has taken a step back on leadership abilities.
Hell, just giving PC players Squad voice chat would have been great :/
@The_Laughing_Man: the 13 inch comes with an Intel 4000 series, so About the same as the OP (28fps in battle). The 15 inch comes with a 650m, but it's a 1gb version. Still good, though.
