I think they're not paying attention to their shots enough. SO many times either Dan or Vinny just aren't hitting a boss, and not moving around to adjust. I understand that they're probably watching the boss for their pattern, but man.
Also the dinosaur will only sneeze if you shoot the nose.
@kevinski: For phase 1, I just unload into that asshole. When he shoots at me, i just slide into the corner if it gets dangerous. No need to stop shooting to see the bullets coming. Go ham!
Another tip! At Noimans T phase, just stay to the left and when the Ts come to smash you, just slide left. You're invincible during the first half of the slide, so it'll just pass through you. It bounces 3 times. At the tank phase, it's preferable if someone had a homing weapon, which is on D usually. Otherwise, Dan's idea of just laying prone with the spread is the way to do it. Good luck next week!
I'm happy to be the "tips" guy lol. So here's another one! During that trash boss fella, when he throws his arm at you guys, just duck. Won't hit you at all.
For Dan... if you keep using Brownie, his B weapon is actually really strong, as long as you land the shots. His C weapon is even stronger still. What I do is use it for bosses. I just hold the button down until the orb goes past your target, then let go, then fire again, giving a constant stream of damage. That orb and it's trail seems to go all over the place and it's real hard to control, which is why I just basically ease it into its target.
More tips next time!
(Also the best ending comes if you save the research center, and then for the next choice, you fight.)
Also the dog, aka Brad Fang (lol) is considered hard mode. A lot of his powerups require you to either not be continuously shooting (D), or reeeally close range (B). Plus he's taller than the other characters, and his slide is shorter.
Also also, slides make you invincible, and some bosses require you to slide.
