Really depends whether you intend to use the stock software on the phone or intend to gain root access so you can install your own software.  I would recommend looking up some information (xda-developers) with regards to rooting and all the customisations available for the android phone you are interested in.

I also believe that actually trying the phone out in person is very important as well if you do not intend to install your own software (rom).  For me personally I believe the bigger the audience of a phone, the more possibility for updates.  Therefore the Nexus S would be my pick.

However, I own a HTC Desire personally.

I've been using a ps3 controller connected to usb with the xbox360 emulation in DS3Tool so far, it's been pretty good.  I can't imagine playing this game with the keyboard.

Remember to disconnect it in the software and not just pull the plug after you finish playing because I have accidentally turned on my ps3 more than 5 times already when turning off the game

How the hell do you counter mass mutalisks as terran?!

2-3 ravens (seeker missile) and vikings (range and firepower) are your best bet against mass muta for me, lure them in with the vikings range, if they rush you, seeker missile.  Have this with a combo of bioball + medivacs and it shouldnt be hard to start pressing map control against macro zerg.
