I can see not liking the aesthetic, and I'm not saying it should have won the styyyyyyyle category, but I just don't agree with the criticisms about the game's supposed lack of visual/environmental variety. Especially after having just finished the DLC.
Minor nitpick, but "infect" is probably not the right word to use for how flu shots work. They're inactivated, which means what they put in you is dead or can't function.
