This episode is fantastic. I love @diet_hellboy saying “think about a song about a breakup, imagine singing that 20 years later when you don’t even think about the person that broke your heart”. The idea of someone using my music to help them through something was always weird to me. That I wrote down my feelings and someone else made those feelings their own. You’re right though, you make the art and then it belongs to the audience.
I feel like Jess is letting her disdain for deathloop cloud her judgement on if it’s a time loop or not. I feel a lot of her points were valid but it’s still a time loop game.
If anyone is coming to this later on, I finished it and thought it was quite enjoyable. Nothing groundbreaking but if you are tired of giant open world RPG's, it is a refreshing shorter game. The combat gets more interesting as the game continues and the story was satisfying.
Jeff, I just potty trained my second child. I got a little potty that goes on the floor and tell my kid to go pee every 30 minutes. Took about a week and a lot of underwear.
