M4 without a doubt. I use just about every weapon sometimes though for a change of pace.

Personally I like using it because it's funny to hear people bitch and complain about it and people are still dumb enough to run over my body when i die, so it works.

Honestly, I hardly get killed by a martyrdom grenade. Is it that hard to NOT rush over a dead body after you shoot someone? Seriously.
