Top 3 that I played in 1982-1992

This is top 3 of the games I enjoyed/played the most within a specific decade of my life and obviously are subjective to whatever games I had access to/what consoles I had along with whatever my specific tastes and interests were at that given point in my life etc, etc, etc. It is also not based on release of game but on the time of my life in which I played them.

1982-1992 wasn't a very video game heavy time of my life. I was very young and the majority of my free time was running around my Grandparents' yard with my neighbor and playing make believe with my friends.

List items

  • The presentation and introductory portions alone locked me in even though I was terrible at this game. My Father and Grandfather were PC nerds back in the 80's and got a Soundblaster as a result of this game's soundtrack and impressive (for its time) mimicry of a human voice.

When considering time played this might actually be low on the list, but it's definitely one of the first titles that got me interested in video games as a pass-time in the first place.

  • I played this game consistently when I was a child on my Gameboy/NES. I was never good at it but I liked the music and characters. I also liked getting my butt kicked trying to play against my father

  • I played this game every day and mostly played it for cooperative hijinks and so my friends and I could beat each other up. I actually played this game enough for the cart to die.
