I have really been enjoying this game. It helps that my two idiot friends also got it and we have been chilling for hours in the lobby beating the crap out of each other. The story seems cool but MAN the character models aren't great. Chun-Li's tiny ass head in the story cinematic makes me laugh every time. Most of the heads are tiny in fact.
Once again the cam frames are WAY TOO LARGE. Especially when they are just repeats. All we need is the bottom one to get all three on screen and yet the right frame takes up a quarter of the screen. I actually want to see the game too.
Man I spent like an hour in Google Earth VR the other day and didn't even realize it. It was trippy to go around my hometown as a giant, seeing the football stadium was cool.
It's too bad you didn't go into the tavern scene Jeff. That place is cooler. I was juggling pumpkins with some random man/robot/lady and waving the wand around like it was a 99 rave. Also dual wielding shields while some random person from the planet chucks virtual pumpkins at your head is weird.
I loved farcry's 3 and 4 and had a great time with blood dragon but man this looks boring and easy. Full price is just the nail in the coffin for me, maybe I'll pick it up for $10 in a couple years.
I come to far cry games to blow shit up, be a ninja, snipe people with a silencer from a mile away, and feel like Rambo. This looks like an arcade caveman bludgeoning simulator with a bunch of random resources, a map that looks completely mental and the same old skills/quests from the previous three games. The graphics do look nice and I might pay $5 just for the petting giant cat aspect but asking for 40 hours of my life and $60 out of my wallet is too much.
